Low Calorie Chili - Lose Weight By Eating

(1 days ago) DirectionsStep1To a large pot, over medium heat, add the oil, meat, onion, bell pepper, and cook until the meat is browned, and the vegetables are softened.Step2Add garlic, and jalapeño, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.Step3Add in chili powder, cumin, bay leaves, and mix.Step4Mix in the tomatoes, increase the heat to medium high, and bring to a simmer.Step5Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 to 5 hours.
