WebThe majority of farms (81%) reported seeing benefits from growing cover crops, with most farms (68%) reported improved soil health. Other common benefits observed by farms that responded were increased biodiversity (48%), increased soil organic matter (SOM) (46%), less erosion (41%) and increased water infiltration (38%).

Regenerating Rancho Las Damas in Mexico – Soil for Water

WebAt Las Damas, Alejandro is stocking one cow for every 42 acres. Prior to transitioning to rotational grazing, the ranch averaged 200 head of cattle annually. It has since tripled to 600.
