A premier rehabilitation healthcare provider has announced that they are planning to build a new medical rehabilitation hospital in Manitowoc County. ClearSky Health, which owns and operates six hospitals in four states with nine more in planning stages in five additional states, will break ground this summer on a 36-bed facility in the Village
