WEBDaniel Rodriguez is the Tobacco Coordinator for the Prevention Resource Center 11 (PRC 11) at Behavioral Health Solutions of South Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Pan American University, (now UTRGV.) TOBACCO EDUCATION SPECIALISTS – PRC11
WEBIn an effort to limit minor’s access to tobacco, the Health and Human Services Commission and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts work closely together to hold retailers accountable for tobacco sales to minors and strict consequences are in place for those minors who are cited due to an offense.

Facilitate evidence-based decision-making ability. Dissemination of reports and data findings. Enhanced networking ability with diverse organizations.
