WebNot all patients need 24-hour supervision and care. Transformation Health offers an Intensive Outpatient Program that allows patients to receive treatment similar to that of our inpatient programs with the advantage of returning to their homes and families at night. We offer individualized curriculum tracks for adult and geriatric patients.
