WebOur Access to Care team can screen patients to determine their needs, schedule appointments, handle hospital or doctor offices referrals and connect callers with appropriate services. Our Access to Care lines are open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can reach us at 256-236-3403.
