Healthy Communities

Our flagship service delivered through Healthy Communities is Better Together which seeks to improve the health of individuals by developing a range of projects which support communities in south Leeds. 300+ older people supported weekly.

Community Centres & Transport
WebWe run six community and family centres in south Leeds, which provide warm and welcoming spaces for our service beneficiaries, community groups, staff and volunteers. All were reclaimed from disuse or underuse, in response to demand from local people. Located within the hearts of communities, each hosts a range of facilities meeting local need.

Mental health and Wellbeing Support

We work with people who have mild to moderate mental health challenges. Through 1-2-1 and group sessions, we focus on both mental and physical health to help people manage their mental health.
