WEB314-977-1250. Casa de Salud was created in St. Louis, Missouri in 2010 to fill a major void in giving primary health care to new arrivals from other countries, especially uninsured Latinos. Casa’s founder and chairman, Bob Fox, enlisted the help of Saint Louis University, which provided the building within which Casa still operates today.
