WEBFebruary is Heart Health Month, and Campus Recreation is inviting you to celebrate with us by getting active around campus. Taking care of your heart at any age is important to help prevent heart disease and lower your risk for a heart attack or stroke, and one simple way to support heart health is by being active for at least 30 minutes a day.
