WebIn this 6-week journey through global destinations, your HealthTrails goal is to travel 300+ virtual miles (about 50 miles/week) by recording your daily health behaviors at least five days a week. The daily health behaviors include, at least 30 minutes of physical activity, 5 servings of produce, 7-9 hours of sleep and 10 minutes of meditation.
