In the option i have selected "only show player names" and while I'm in the outdoors it looks completely fine, but as soon as I enter an istance be either raid or dungeon the friendly nameplates fucks up and they get bigger and show a small health bar under the name cluttering the screen.

(3 days ago) WEBYou can disable the AddOns after these steps and have your default health bars back. Press V. Type in Chat /run SetCVar ("nameplateShowAll", 1) Use 0 if you want them only show up while in fight. Try: /console cvar_default. This made the problem go away for me.
